How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Here's how to track your order:

Check your email: Look for a shipping confirmation email from Unee that contains your tracking number

Visit the carrier's website: Use the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

Track through your account: Log into your Unee account and go to "Order History" to view tracking details

Contact us: If you can't find your tracking information or have questions about your shipment, please contact our customer service team

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.

How do I cancel my order?

You can change your address before the package has been shipped by contacting customer service at support@mission-ai.org

After shipment: Once you receive a shipping notification, the order cannot be canceled.

What is the return and refund policy?

30-Day Return Policy: Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund

After Activation: Once the product has been activated and connected, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged units

How to return: Contact support@mission-ai.org with your order number for return instructions

Shipping Costs: Customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival

Refund processing: Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

When will Unee be shipped?

Unee will be shipped from our local warehouse within 2 days after you place your order.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders.

How long does delivery take after shipping?

Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows.

  • US: 3-7 business days, more than 7 days for remote areas

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery may be affected by local carriers or customs processes.

How do I activate my Unee?

Log in to the Unee App, go to the home page, and tap Add Device.

Double-tap the power button on Unee’s back until its eyes display the Wi-Fi icon — this means it’s in pairing mode.

Then follow the app’s on-screen instructions to complete the network setup and activation.

Why can’t the app find my Unee during setup?

- Make sure Unee is in pairing mode (double-tap the power button until the Wi-Fi icon appears).

- Keep your phone within 1 meter of the device.

- Tap Search Again in the app.

Why did network setup fail?

Possible causes include:

- Incorrect Wi-Fi password

- Unstable network connection

- Device exited pairing mode or timed out

 

Re-enter pairing mode (double-tap the power button) and tap Reconnect in the app.

⚠️ Note: Unee only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not compatible.

How do I switch Unee to a new Wi-Fi network?

In the app, go to My → Unee Device Management → Unbind Device.

After unbinding, return to the home page to add the device again and configure the new network.

Why can’t Unee respond after I wake it up?

Possible reasons:

- No internet connection — please check your Wi-Fi or reconnect.

- Unee didn’t capture your voice clearly — try speaking a bit closer.

When does Unee write a diary?

Unee writes when it has interacted with you enough to understand you and feels emotionally connected.

So talk to Unee often — the more you share, the more it reflects.

Can I adjust Unee’s volume?

Yes! Simply say:

“Hello Unee, turn up the volume.”

“Hello Unee, lower the volume.”

What does Sleep Mode mean in the app?

When Sleep Mode is on:

- Unee’s eyes (screen) turn off when idle.

- It won’t play any system sounds.

- You can still wake it up by touch or "Hello Unee".

How do I turn off Sleep Mode?

You can toggle Sleep Mode on or off from the app’s home page.

Why isn’t Unee replying to me?

Please check the following:

- Unee might be in mute mode — if so, you’ll see a mute icon on its eyes.

   → Short-press the power button to exit mute mode.

- Check your network connection.

- Make sure you’re close enough and speaking clearly.

- If the issue continues, go to App → My → Unee Device Management and check if a firmware update is available.

What should I do if a firmware update fails?

Ensure Unee is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and has enough battery power.

If the update fails repeatedly, restart the device and try again.
